What are the differences between full Medical 10 and Medical 10 Small Practice?

Well, the titles are sort of a tip-off: Med SP is intended for small practices (say, one to five physicians) who might not use an EMR yet, and do most of
their dictation in Microsoft Word or the like, and who want to dictate clinical notes, letters, and email without paying a fortune in transcription costs. Full
Medical is intended for use in mid-sized practices (maybe six to ten physicians) where there is an EMR, perhaps a Citrix environment, and maybe a
need for radiology or pathology vocabularies. Obviously, these distinctions are not cut-and-dried: there are one- and two-physician offices that use
EMRs, and larger practices that don't. But in an effort to tailor the product to the user, Nuance has created slightly different versions so as to better meet
the needs of particular usergroups without loading them down with a lot of things they don't need and shouldn't have to pay for.
