NEUROLOGY REPORTS

Neurologists see people with varying complaints.  With this package, you can fill out one or several different forms on a single patient, with much of the data entry automated.

MEDICAL  APPLICATIONS

Fill out the patient information once, and it's inserted into every report.    The physician's name and signature line are automated, and "default" statements are personalized by the gender of the patient.

Complete as many or as few reports on the same patient as you need.  They'll be presented one at a time to be completed.

All your referring physicians are stored in a database, and summoned up when you dictate the last name.  If there's more than one with the same last name, the choices are presented to you so you can choose one.  The name and address are inserted into the document automatically.

Your tech names are programmed in (and they're easy to change if someone new comes on board), so you that only have to choose one.  Dates are given with "today" as the default, so if you're up to date on your dictation, that's one step you can skip.

This HAS to be an easier way to complete an EMG-NCV report:  you CAN move between fields by voice, but it's probably faster to zip through using either the tab key or a Philips SpeechMike.  Just say the numbers:  all the rest is done automatically.
