Start Dragon.
Click NaturallySpeaking, then Manage Vocabularies.
Click New, as if you were going to add a vocabulary.
Drop the list of choices.
If Pathology and Radiology vocabularies are on the list, you have FULL MEDICAL.
If Pathology and Radiology vocabularies are NOT on the list, you have SMALL PRACTICE
