HOW TO TELL IF YOU HAVE FULL MEDICAL OR MEDICAL SMALL PRACTICE:

  • Start Dragon.  
  • Click NaturallySpeaking, then  Manage Vocabularies.
  • Click New, as if you were going to add a vocabulary.
  • Drop the list of choices.
  • If Pathology and Radiology vocabularies are on the list, you have FULL MEDICAL.  
  • If Pathology and Radiology vocabularies are NOT on the list, you have SMALL PRACTICE
