Buying Dragon Medical not only gets you great software, it'll get you a SOAP note program for only $25 extra. First, though, we need some
information from you. Please be sure to come back here and fill in the information below after you click the "Order" button, or we'll have no
idea how to set up the program for you, and you know what that means: you could get any ole piece of code.
1. Please indicate below whether you would prefer that Assessment and Plan be combined into one field, or treated separately. Some
people find that if a patient presents with, say, three problems, it is easier to assess each one along with a plan of attack than to list three
separate assessments, then three separate plans.
2. How do you want your name to appear on the form? Some people like their full names and degrees listed, others just want their initials.
3. Which version of Microsoft Office do you have?
4. Please indicate whether you want the SOAP Note to repeat on the same page, or have each one print on a separate page
NB: This is NOT the version of the SOAP note shown under Medical Applications, because it would be impossible to design default
statements for everyone. Rather, this version presents the user with textboxes into which to dictate, and automates the opening of the form,
the placement of the text, the repetition, and the saving of the finished document. If you want the other one, just change the order amount
to a million dollars, and it's yours.
