VoxScripta
MedTemps is a handy little application that runs on Microsoft Word . It keeps track of your patients in a database, and uses
the data to prepopulate some of the fields in its templates, which are HCFA and AMA compliant. The templates were
designed by a physician with strict adherence to Medicare guidelines, and allows physicians to work in the way to which they
are accustomed. They're completely customizable, or we can help you set up your own to work in MedTemps. You can even
populate popup lists with your most oft-used boilerplate.
Included in MedTemps are 12 Comprehensive Templates and 12 Detailed Templates. There are 16 macros and two
additional Exams. All included templates and macros are listed below:
