Dragon 10 comes with a complete set of new on-screen tutorials that simplify the training process. Of course, they don't have the scintillating personality, mordant wit, or all-
around savoir-faire of a Dragon VAR, but if you're way out in the boonies somewhere and don't have access to one, you'll just have to make do.
Autotranscribe saves synchronized audio (Legal and Medical editions only)
Both the audio and the transcribed text of a digital voice recording can be sent to a transcriptionist for review. An Auto-Transcribe Folder Agent can manage text and
synchronized audio flow for third-party review, which streamlines the process of correcting another person’s dictation.
Voice shortcuts for Web searches
Use Dragon Voice Shortcuts to quickly search for information on the Web. Need to find some information on the Web? Just say “Search the Web for global warming articles,”
“Search Wikipedia for George Washington Carver” or “Search eBay for Bluetooth headsets.” You can search generally, or cite specific categories (images, maps, products,
videos, or news) - or you can designate specific sites to search (supported sites include eBay, About.com, Amazon.com, Wikipedia, and YouTube).
Voice shortcuts for your computer
Using Vista Search or Google Desktop, you can quickly locate files, emails, and the like on your computer by just asking for them. "Find budget spreadsheets" will give you a
list of files on your computer pertaining to budgets. Say “Find an email about the Robinson report” to quickly locate an email containing information about the topic.
Voice shortcuts for email and scheduling (Professional and above only)
You’re reviewing a document and realize you need to send an important email to your colleagues. Just say “Send email to Steve Chambers and Raphael Sanchez,” and Dragon
will launch your email program, create a new email and put the names you said into the “To:” box. Need to schedule a meeting instead? Just say “Schedule meeting with Steve
Chambers and Raphael Sanchez,” and Dragon will do the rest.

Dragon 10 introduces new graphical icons to enhance the DragonBar user interface, making the product even easier to use.
Quick Voice Formatting
These commands allow users to issue a single voice command, such as “italicize single voice command,” to make
formatting and deleting text faster than ever. (The example given would result in "single voice command.") In addition, the extensive set of Natural Language Commands mean
users don't have to memorize complex instructions. In Microsoft Word, for example, a user can say, "make that bigger," and the font size increases instantly. (If you say that in
Excel, do the numbers increase?)
Correction Only Mode (Legal, Medical, and Medical Enterprise editions only)
Dragon 10 lets those who correct the dictations of others create a “no dictation available” profile, which means that they don't have to go through any kind of audio setup, no
matter what dictation source the speaker used. The "correctionist" can open the
synchronized dictation files to make corrections by hand, which contributes to the optimization of the speaker's profile over time. So now you don't have to spring for another
microphone that no one will ever talk into, just so your transcriptionist can correct your work.

Now you can insert variable fields into a Text & Graphics command, and move to each one by saying "Next variable" or "Previous variable." Hard to imagine that you'd want to
